Stephen J. Friedman, DDS, FACD, attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then enlisted in the United States Public Health Service in St. Ignatius, Montana, and served as Director of Dental Services in General Family Practice in the Indian Health Service. Following the completion of his tour of duty, Dr. Friedman returned to the Washington, D.C. area, where he opened his private general practice that continues today. He remains in good standing with the American Dental Association’s Maryland State Dental Association, the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
